I’ve finally had some time to devote to personal family pictures. I had a little session with my niece earlier this summer (much earlier) and am finally getting around to going through all of them (my poor sister gets the slowest turnaround time from me). Here are a few faves so far.
The majority of my sessions are maternity and newborns, but occasionally I get to capture toddlers which is an exhausting refreshing change! I had heard lots about Miss L before I actually met her and I had even seen some snapshots, so it was fun to finally meet her and her family in person. Just look at this sweet face!
I also got to meet her handsome big brother. Being quite photogenic and well beyond the toddler stage, he made my job pretty easy!
This family was a lot of fun – they were so much at ease and full of happiness. The session is a lot more studio style than is typical for me, but it did take place on-location.
One of my favorite captures is this moment between Mom and Dad.
Little H did have a brief moment of sadness…
but it was nothing a little monkey couldn’t cure.
